The Outliers Fellowship Is Back — Now in Partnership with SVC

January 28, 2026

Today we’re opening applications for the Outliers Fellowship 2026, our summer program placing exceptional talent inside MENA’s fastest-scaling technology companies.

When we launched the Outliers Fellowship in 2025, we had a simple thesis: the region had no shortage of exceptional talent — it had a shortage of structured pathways into the companies and ecosystems where that talent could compound fastest. The Class of 2025 proved the model. Over 165 applicants. 14 countries represented. Fellows embedded inside some of MENA’s fastest-scaling technology companies, working on real problems alongside real operators. More than 40% secured extended or full-time opportunities at the end of the program. Today, we’re opening applications for the Outliers Fellowship 2026, this year, proudly delivered in exclusive partnership with SVC.

SVC’s mandate has always been to develop Saudi Arabia’s venture ecosystem from the ground up — investing not just in funds, but in the infrastructure around them. Backing a dedicated talent pipeline for high-growth technology companies is a natural extension of that mission, and we couldn’t think of a better partner to help us scale what we’ve built. Together, we’re deepening the program’s reach: more host companies, more mentorship hours, and a stronger network for Fellows to enter.

What the Fellowship offers

The Outliers Fellowship is a summer program for ambitious students and early-career professionals who want to build — not just observe. Fellows are placed inside technology companies and investment firms across the Outliers and SVC network, embedded in engineering, product, and business roles where the work actually matters. Beyond the internship, Fellows join a closed-door program of founder and investor sessions, one-on-one mentorship, and a weekly in-person community designed to sharpen thinking and create lasting relationships. Host companies for 2026 include some of the most exciting companies in the region — from fintech to real estate and AI.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for people who are curious about how technology companies are built, who take initiative before being asked, and who want to be part of the generation that defines what the MENA tech ecosystem becomes. If that sounds like you — or someone you know — applications are open now.
