Outliers Builders Summit: Shaping MENA’s Tomorrow

The Outliers Builders Summit was built around a meaningful gap in the region: a gathering that truly caters to the builders shaping MENA’s tomorrow. We created the Summit to bring our network, access, and perspectives together under one roof – focused, ambitious, and unapologetically builder-first.

The second edition, held in partnership with The Althari Group and Zendesk, brought together 150+ guests from 115+ organizations: founders and builders, investors and capital allocators, and a wide mix of operators, regulators, and ecosystem leaders defining the region’s next decade. The goal was density of clarity, conviction, and experience from the people who shape markets and build new industries.

We explored the systems and decisions behind real company-building with global and regional voices: H.E. Dr. Munir Eldesouki on Saudi Arabia’s innovation trajectory, Edward Sullivan on leadership in an AI-native era, Malek Almoosa on growth and IPO readiness, along with speakers who brought depth across product excellence, the evolving role of design, trust at speed, and navigating growth and capital cycles. Every session was built to leave founders and operators with sharper tools and fresher perspective.

Our activation partners added their own energy to the day: Replit hosted a full-day build activation where founders shipped and tested products live; Grove brought a curated farmers-market experience with fresh, locally sourced produce; and More Than fueled builders with healthy, guilt-free instant noodles.

The Summit is a core Outliers product, intentionally designed to bend the odds a little more in favor of the bold builders creating MENA’s tomorrow.
